To fish for halibut, you really need a full day, as the best waters are farther from port. This fast 28' sport fisher will get you there without wasting your day.

Your captain's repeat business year after year is a testament to his fishing abilities and the great trip he provides. He will be happy to provide pointers to novice fisherman. The boat is rigged for serious fishing with the best Penn and Shimano equipment available.

Although the captain only fishes 4 rods at a time, feel free to bring your group of up to 6. You can take turns fishing or customize your trip to include both fishing and wildlife viewing. Whales, seals, sea lions, eagles and sea birds are all commonly seen.

There are several options available in Juneau for processing your catch. You may also practice catch and release.

Included will be your fishing gear, rain gear, lunch, smoked salmon snacks, soft drinks, and bait. Fishing licenses are purchased on board.
